Are two dogs a good idea?
Definitely yes! Especially if they are dogs that have lived together for a long time. Dogs are pack animals, living alone ( without a canine or human buddy) is very difficult for them. Dog friendship is unique, these are different relationships than those formed by a dog with a human. If you are not at home often - dogs have each other and provide companionship.
